In this lies the practice and concept of having the ability to evolve and improve yourself, which in turn helps you create the life you have always wanted to have. The principle of self-expression is that you need to believe in yourself to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

Use patience. It takes more than goodwill and imagination to manifest it, although the process seems simple and straightforward, it is more than that. We all stumble over obstacles on our way to realizing our dreams. So let’s explore the most common stumbling blocks that prevent you from showing up.

Why can’t we fulfill our desires? Why do we struggle to prove ourselves? The simple answer is that we don’t have the necessary capacity to have what is called “resistance. That’s the Roadblock“.

Think of resistance as the pesky gremlin in your engine, whispering doubts and throwing up metaphorical roadblocks. It’s the inner conflict between your desires and your deep-seated beliefs. You might crave that promotion, but a tiny voice hisses, “You’re not qualified enough.” Or you yearn for a passionate romance, but fear screams, “You’ll just get hurt again.” This internal tug-of-war creates a dissonance, a block in the energetic flow that stops your manifestation. This happens when our feelings and beliefs are not in harmony with our desires or what we believe we desire.

It is a daily reminder, enhancing your focus and motivation. Place the board in a visible spot, reaffirming your intentions daily.
  3. Writing down your desires in detail, as if they’ve already been achieved, can reinforce your intentions. This exercise engages your subconscious mind and amplifies belief in your manifestations. Always remember to write in the present tense as if your desires are already realized. Describe how you feel, what you see, and the emotions associated with achieving your goals. 3. Resistance to Change: Stepping into the Unknown

We humans are creatures of habit, we like our comfort zone and we tend to resist change, even if it goes against our desires. This subconscious opposition creates friction and prevents the realization of the desired outcome.

Resistance to change is a common human trait.

Fear of the unknown often holds us back, even when our desires or potential for growth align. It is important to understand this resistance to disclosure.

As the wise say, change is constant. Embracing change helps us adapt and flow with what life has to offer.

But ofcourse, change is not easy and once always faces challenges to change. It is because of the Fear of the Unknown – Stepping into unfamiliar territory triggers fear and uncertainty. Individuals often prefer the comfort of the familiar as it gives them control.

Leaving the comfort zone involves discomfort. People tend to resist change because it challenges created routines and habits.

Fear of failure or the potential risks associated with change can hinder individuals from seizing new opportunities, even if they align with their desires.

Now let’s look at Rohit (name changed for Privacy), he was comfortably settled in a stable job that provided financial security. However, he felt unfulfilled and lacked growth opportunities. Detachment doesn’t imply apathy or disinterest in desires; instead, it involves releasing the emotional grip or desperation attached to the outcome. It’s about finding a balance between actively pursuing goals and maintaining your inner peace irrespective of the outcome. Here’s why it matters:
